About Sweta Byahut

Dr. Byahut’s research focuses on development regulation, urban land management, climate/resiliency, and comprehensive planning. She brings a decade of professional planning experience in consultancy and applied research. She served as the Director of Auburn's MCP program from 2020-23, leading it to a 7-year accreditation, new Strategic Plan, and STEM designation.
