I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Urban Planning and Policy at the University of Illinois Chicago. I research and teach economic development planning, including municipal, regional, and state policy; regional development theory; technology and innovation; entrepreneurship; public finance; industrial structure; and analytical methods.
