About Daniel Kuhlmann
Daniel Kuhlmann PhD is an assistant professor of real estate development and urban planning at the University of Arizona. He has an MA and Ph.D. in Urban Planning from Cornell University. In his research, he focuses on land use issues, real estate development and the businesses of residential landlords.
