Students select major and minor concentrations in Environmental Planning, Transportation Planning, Real Estate & Urban Development, or Heritage Conservation. Several dual degrees are available, including with our Master's of Real Estate Development. Students from 16 states covered under the Western Region Graduate Program (WRGP) are eligible for in-state tuition rates. These include California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. The University of Arizona is proud to be a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI).
