About Binita Mahato
I am an urban planner and designer with a background in architecture. I teach graduate/undergraduate courses on urban design, urban form, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and sustainability. My research focuses on DEI, urban resilience, environmental justice, and urban informality, both in the context of the US and the Global South.
