Dr. Zandi is an Urban and Regional Planning faculty at San José State University (SJSU), serving as the founding director for the Spatial Analytics and Visualization Institute (SAVI) and graduate and undergraduate programs advisor for Geography and Geographic Information Science programs within the Department of Urban and Regional Planning.
