USF offers a PAB-accredited Master of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) degree, an undergraduate minor in Urban Studies, and three Graduate Certificates: Community Development; Coastal Resiliency Planning; and Smart City Technology. USF MURP has a 100% job placement rate, providing outstanding career development opportunities in the Tampa Bay area—one of Florida’s major planning employment centers. The MURP fellowship provides a tuition waiver plus paid employment with a planning agency. New for the 2024-2025 academic year, USF MURP has a dedicated studio program, enhancing our award-winning community-engaged research, teaching, and service.
