About East Carolina University
The Community and Regional Planning program at East Carolina University offers the oldest undergraduate Planning degree in North Carolina. The BS in Community and Regional Planning is one of only 15 undergraduate degree programs in the nation accredited by the Planning Accreditation Board (PAB) and the only accredited undergraduate planning program in North Carolina.
