About Walter Peacock
Walter Gillis Peacock is a professor of Urban Planning at Texas A&M University and Director of the Hazard Reduction and Recovery Center. Internationally renowned for his research on disaster recovery, community resilience, and social vulnerability, he has authored numerous publications and secured significant funding from federal agencies.
