Dr. Teresa Jeter, Founder of TMJ Consulting LLC, is an assistant teaching professor at Ball State University. With extensive experience in neighborhood planning, housing, and community development, she previously held senior roles at Housing and Urban Development. She has earned numerous community awards, and she has co-authored a best-selling book.
