About Nichola Lowe
I am a professor at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. I also direct our Master of Urban and Regional Planning program. My research and teaching focuses on the institutional arrangements that lead to more inclusive forms of economic development.Selected Publications
