About Mark Holland
I am a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and a principal at Westplan Consulting Group (previously Holland Planning Innovations) - a planning and development consulting company based on Vancouver Island. I helped launch the Planning School at Vancouver Island University - where I now serve as a Professor part time.
