About Gerard Sandoval

I situate my scholarly research within intersections of racial equity, immigration, and city planning. I draw on detailed narrative case studies to study ethnic identity, neighborhood revitalization (in both urban and rural context), and community change. My research identifies and examines equitable planning outcomes.
