About Criseida Navarro

Dr. Navarro holds a Master's Degree in Planning from the University of Puerto Rico. She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and a PhD in Planning and Regional Development from MIT. She was Research Fellow of the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the Kennedy School of Government.
