About Clinton Andrews
Clinton J. Andrews is a distinguished professor, director of the Center for Urban Policy Research, and the associate dean for research at the Bloustein School, Rutgers University. He was educated at Brown and MIT in engineering and planning, and he worked previously in the private sector and at Princeton University.
